Badger Color will be introducing its new patent-pending Stretch Frost color and effect innovation at the Luxe Pack New York show.

Stretch Frost is a proprietary formulation, specifically for PET blow-molding applications, as it activates during the blow-mold process. “It can add subtle sophistication to a package without the cost of a matte finish mold modification or the use of a secondary process, such as a textured spray,” the supplier explains.

Stretch Frost is available in custom colors and varying intensities, ranging from a delicate shimmer to a thick matte that is slightly pearlescent. It is FDA-approved, and available in both liquid and pellet masterbatches. It is also easily customizable.
